Chaoyan focuses on the production and supply of brown fused alumina for industrial applications. Our products are widely used in abrasive tools, coated abrasives, sandblasting, refractory materials, precision casting and flooring materials.

With our production base located in Luoyang, Henan Province — a region known for its refractory and abrasive material industry — we benefit from proximity to raw material sources and a well-established industrial supply chain.

Our annual production capacity is approximately 80,000 tons, covering a wide range of grit sizes from F8 to F220, section sands, fine powders, and specially treated BFA products. We support both standard and customized specifications to meet different industrial requirements.

BFA Grains

Standard F-grit range from F8 to F220 for bonded and coated abrasive manufacturing.

Section Sand

Graded fractions including 0–1mm, 1–3mm, 3–5mm and customized size ranges.

Fine Powder

Mesh sizes 150#, 180#, 220#, 320# and custom specifications for refractory and precision use.

We understand the requirements of international shipping. Our products are packed in 25kg woven bags, 1MT jumbo bags, or palletized according to customer preferences. Packaging is reinforced for container transport to reduce damage during transit.

We have experience shipping to markets across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, South America and Africa. For each inquiry, we confirm packing specifications, container loading plans and shipping terms before production.

Typical delivery terms are FOB or CIF, and we coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure smooth documentation and customs clearance. Samples are available for quality evaluation before bulk orders.
