WHAT JAPANESE BUYERS ASK FOR

Documentation and repeatability come first

Japanese buyers typically open with the paperwork: the grading standard, the chemistry limits, and how each lot is verified. Our standard production and inspection follow the FEPA F and P grading systems. If your acceptance documents work to a different standard, send them with the inquiry — production and inspection for your order are then carried out against the standard agreed between us, and that agreement is what the batch is released against.

Every shipment travels with its own batch test report, and retained samples are kept so any later question can be checked against the material that actually left our plant.

WHY CHAOYAN

Process control behind the paperwork

Luoyang Naibao has worked in brown fused alumina since 1999; the CHAOYAN trademark was registered in 2014, and combined supply capacity is about 80,000 tonnes a year. Fixed and tilting furnaces, roller crushing and air classification give us control over chemistry, grain shape and grading — the three things your acceptance inspection will measure.
