Brown fused alumina P grit used for coated abrasive belts and discs supplied to Thailand

WHAT THAI BUYERS ORDER

Metalworking and distribution drive the orders

Thailand's abrasive demand follows its metalworking base: coated abrasive converters serving automotive parts and general fabrication take P grit in steady sizes, while F grit goes into resin wheels and cutting discs for the same workshops. Blasting grain is used across machinery refurbishment, steel fabrication and surface treatment work.

Much of the trade runs through Bangkok-area distributors who stock several grit sizes at once, so mixed containers — coated, bonded and blasting grits together — are the pattern we pack most often for Thailand.

Containers load at Tianjin or Qingdao and route to Laem Chabang, Thailand's main deep-sea gateway, with Bangkok (Khlong Toei) used where the buyer's clearance is arranged there. WHY CHAOYAN

One producer behind the whole range

Luoyang Naibao has made brown fused alumina since 1999; the CHAOYAN trademark was registered in 2014 and combined supply capacity is about 80,000 tonnes a year. Because F grit, P grit, refractory grain and fine powder all come from one production base, a distributor can consolidate the whole abrasive range into single shipments instead of managing several suppliers.
