WHAT US BUYERS ORDER
Built around distributor and contractor demand
US orders concentrate on three uses: blasting media for surface preparation contractors, F grit for bonded abrasive production, and P grit for coated abrasive converters. Blasting buyers usually work in the F16–F60 range and care about how many cycles the grain survives before it breaks down; our durable second-grade grain is made for exactly that kind of repeated use, while first-grade grain serves wheel and tool production.
Distributors often combine several grit sizes in one container to keep their range complete without holding separate shipments. Mixed-grit container loading is a normal part of how we pack for the US trade.

What a US order usually looks like
Grading follows the FEPA F and P standards that most US abrasive buyers already purchase against. Specific chemistry and size values are fixed in the agreed specification and confirmed by the batch test report.
SHIPPING & DOCUMENTS
From Luoyang to US ports
Containers load at Tianjin or Qingdao. West Coast deliveries route mainly to Los Angeles and Long Beach; East Coast and Gulf deliveries route via Panama to ports such as Savannah and New York–New Jersey. Quotations can be given FOB Tianjin or Qingdao, or CIF to the destination port.

Luoyang Naibao has worked in brown fused alumina since 1999. The CHAOYAN trademark was registered in 2014, and combined supply capacity runs at about 80,000 tonnes a year across fixed and tilting furnaces. Every shipment batch is tested in our own laboratory before release, and past batch reports can be reviewed in the test reports centre.
