Begin with the surface target
State the substrate and the required cleaning or profile result. Rust removal, coating preparation and general cleaning can call for different operating conditions.
Five operating factors
Discuss particle shape, blasting pressure, nozzle, dry or wet process and whether the abrasive will be reused. A grit number by itself does not describe the whole blasting job.
Confirm the grade
CHAOYAN F grit is available across F8–F320. A shortlist such as F24, F36 or F60 can be reviewed against the job, but the final selection should follow a trial or an agreed technical requirement. Share your current grade and target specification when requesting a sample.
Specific chemical, size and performance values are subject to the agreed product specification, technical agreement and batch test result.
