Two product series
CHAOYAN lists F8–F320 as its F grit range and P8–P320 as its P grit range. F grit is associated with bonded abrasives and blasting. P grit is offered for coated abrasive production.
The letter matters when ordering. A request for F36 should not be silently changed to P36, even if the numeric part matches.
How to choose
Start with the end product: grinding wheel or blasting process points to the F series; abrasive belt, paper or cloth points to the P series. Then confirm the exact grade, grade column, chemistry, physical properties and size distribution against the applicable technical specification.
What to send with an inquiry
Provide the product you manufacture, the current grade designation, target performance, quantity and any existing specification or sample. This lets the material be compared against the actual process rather than a label alone.
