TECHNICAL GUIDE / 2026-10-02
Short answer. A complete RFQ names the product family, grade or size, application, chemistry and distribution requirements, quantity, packing, destination and sample need. Confirm all accepted values in the order specification.
Write an RFQ the supplier can answer
Start with the material form and exact model. For F or P grit, keep the prefix. For refractory grain, list each size fraction. For fine powder, state the complete powder designation and retained fraction requirement. Add the end use and current material so a supplier can flag a mismatch before a sample is shipped.
Attach the existing technical sheet if available. If not, list the target chemistry, physical properties, distribution standard and test method separately. Give the trial quantity, expected repeat volume, packing format and delivery destination.
| RFQ block | Required detail | Common omission |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Family, model, grade | Bare number |
| Technical | Chemistry, grading, method | Unspecified distribution |
| Trial | Sample and acceptance plan | No pass criterion |
| Commercial | Quantity, packing, destination | Incomplete quote |
Move from sample to contract
Request the exact English PDS for the proposed product and inspect its QR link to the product page. Compare the sample label with the PDS and quotation. Run a process trial under recorded conditions, then agree the accepted limits and batch report format.
The purchase order should include the approved product identity and revision controlled technical sheet. For repeat orders, compare each batch result with those limits. If the application, grade or processing route changes, revise the specification instead of relying on an old approval.
Keep a record of deviations and agreed corrective action. A clear paper trail makes future orders easier to review and avoids repeated debate over which sample or grade was approved.

Browse the 85 approved English product pages, download the matching PDS and send the RFQ through the contact form. The form records the product and source URL automatically, and inquiries reach lychaoyan@gmail.com.
Common mistakes
- Sending a quote request without a model, quantity or application.
- Treating the public PDS as a signed order guarantee.
